VFW Post 2667 – Veterans of Foreign Wars helping out in Coweta County Georgia VFW Post 2667 Post 2667Newnan Georgia Peanut Butter for Bridging the Gap The Post Auxiliary delivered 109 jars of peanut butter 47 jars of jelly 20 assorted canned foods 20 condiments plus 6 birthday cake kits totaling 413 lbs. to Bridging the Gap this month. These items are donated by members at our monthly Post meetings at 900 AM the second Saturday of each month at Richard Gardiner High School Teacher of the Year Richard Gardiner US History teacher at The Heritage School was recently named the 1st Place winner ofthe SmartMaher VFW National Citizenship Education Teacher Award at the District level after also placing1st Place at Post 2667 us. He competed against entries from 7 VFW Posts in District 10.
