Buster's Buddies Welcome to Busterx27s Buddies About Us What is Cystic Fibrosis. There is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis CF. CF is a genetic disease that affects the respiratory digestive and internal organ systems of about 35000 people in the US over 2300 in California and nearly half of those are in Northern California. Over 10000000 Americans are unknowing carriers of the defective gene.
