GCBA is the local Affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders & Florida Home Builders Association for South Florida. To promote the home building, development and remodeling industry in Palm Beach and northern Broward Counties.

Home Welcome to the Gold Coast Builders Association. Founded in 1954 as the Home Builders Association of Palm Beach our name changed to the Gold Coast Builders Association in 1992 and our representation expanded to include northern Broward County. Today more than 70 years later the GCBA is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Builders Associations in South Florida. Our purpose is to represent and promote the building industry encourage higher standard practices through education monitor and take a proactive role in governmental and regulatory activities that impact the construction industry throughout the Gold Coast as well as at the State and National levels GCBA members are dedicated to fulfilling the American Dream of affordable home ownership for everyone.
