RAALP trains community volunteers to be one-to-one tutors for adults reading at or below 6th grade level and English-as-a-Second-Language learners. Tutoring sessions are free, and can take place at any public location. The Rio Arriba Adult Literacy Program (RAALP) envisions a community where all adults have the literacy skills that enable them to achieve their personal and professional goals. RAALP’s mission is to help community members transform their lives through enhanced literacy.
