Big News. We’re pumped to welcome UNI Football Head Coach Todd Stepsis as our Rally for the Valley speaker on Wednesday, August 27. Coach Stepsis was named head coach in December 2024 after a standout run at Drake University, where he led the Bulldogs to back-to-back Pioneer Football League titles, two FCS Playoff appearances, and earned consecutive PFL Coach of the Year honors.

Today, we’re celebrating First Bank, one of the Top 50 Contributors to the Cedar Valley United Way’s 2024 Campaign. What if banking on community meant making generosity a team sport. Through their workplace campaign, First Bank not only invests in programs that help families thrive, they made giving fun by donating $10 for every first down the UNI football team earned during the season.
