Last month, we celebrated a love story woven into the heart of Nuvance Health and Norwalk Hospital. 💙 George and Carol Bauer, cherished members of our hospital family, were married on April 2, 1955—beginning a lifelong legacy of compassion, generosity and service to their loved ones, their community and Norwalk Hospital. They chose that date for a reason. It was already special—the anniversary of their very first date as college students at Washington University in St. Louis. George, on a student budget, treated Carol to a hamburger at a local favorite.
