Providing Care You Can Trust Our History Trucare Community is a non profit organization 501 6 set up to help and promote our assisted living communities. Trucare Community helps through training services Human Resources continuing education and accounting services for the assisted living communities in our group. Our assisted living communities house and help adults with mental illness as well as the elderly population in our community.
