HAH develops and manages affordable senior rental communities with grants, donations and tax credits, over 500 senior affordable apartments in 12 rural Kansas communities since 1998. Average age 76 and average income less than $17,000. Seniors quality of life is improved with amenities and services including our Beef for Seniors to provide seniors with quality beef. Homestead provides emergency repairs to elderly low income homeowners. Handicapped bath, ramps, roofs and furnaces help senior to remain independent as possible.
