JMTs were created in 1984 to unite school district employees to purchase benefits as one large entity. JMTs provide benefits for over 100000 California employees. Fiscally sound and locally governed by cooperative joint management and labor administration with equal representation from labor and management we provide a program that meets the needs of all employees.
