We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that creates and supports extra-curricular programs for at-risk youth in southern California. Pacific Coast Youth Foundation inspires at-risk youth to strive through programs that motivate students to succeed academically, and cultivate a sense of passion and self esteem.
