Develop new programs to assist pet owners in caring for and protecting their pets, educate the public on the link between animal cruelty and human domestic violence and provide foster care for the pets of domestic violence survivors through our Safe Haven program and promote Trap Neuter Return as the only effective and humane method of controlling the feral cat population. Veterinary services are provided for all pets under our care
