Mission:The Center for Lobbying in the Public Interest (CLPI) promotes,supports and protects 501(c)(3) nonprofit advocacy and lobbying inorder to strengthen participation in our democratic society and advancethe missions of charitable organizations.Goals: CLPI's goals are to: Promote increased nonprofit advocacy by acting as a catalyst for change within the nonprofit and philanthropy sector. Support increased civic participation by nonprofits and their constituents through education, training and technical assistance. Protect and expand nonprofit advocacy rights to facilitate civic engagement by nonprofits and their constituents.
