The St Louis Police Athletic League serves over 750 youth, ages 18 years and younger, annually, prov TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES TO CHILDREN DIRECTED AND COACHED BY POLICE OFFICERS TO DEVELOP BETTER CITIZENS AND ESTABLISH BETTER RELATIONSHIPS WITH POLICE OFFICERS.
