RESIDENT CHILDREN RANGE IN AGE FROM INFANT TO 22. THE AVERAGE RESIDENT CENSUS IS 50-65. LIMITED HOUSING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR YOUTH OVER THE AGE OF 18 IF THEY ARE ENROLLED IN A SCHOOL OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
