THE FOUNDATION WILL HONOR BRIAN BY PROVIDING IMMEDIATE AND ONGOING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO U.S. BORDER PATROL AGENTS AND THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN INJURED OR KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ALSO ESTABLISH EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR COLLEGE-BOUND KIDS WHO POSSESS THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT BEST EXEMPLIFY THE TYPE OF PERSON BRIAN TERRY WAS AND FOR THOSE SEEKING A DEGREE IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE.THE ORGANIZATION WILL RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS WITH THE FLAWED ATF/DOJ GUN-WALKING INVESTIGATION KNOWN AS OPERATION FAST AND FURIOUS BY PROMOTING A MESSAGE OF JUSTICE, RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY WITHIN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.THE BRIAN TERRY FOUNDATION WILL HOST PUBLIC EVENTS THAT HONOR BRIAN'S LEGACY AND RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS REGARDING ISSUES FACING BORDER PATROL AGENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

Home - The Brian Terry Foundation Brian terryfoundation Brian Terrys death created a national debate on a number of controversial issues to include government misconduct and the need for enhanced border security. More importantly it resulted in the creation of a charitable legacy often missed in the headlines. Since its formation the Brian Terry Foundation has helped send dozens of scholarship recipients to college it has given a voice to those concerned about the safety of the brave men and women who patrol our borders it has created a platform to honor those who have shown courage while serving our nation and it has provided emergency financial assistance to the families of Border Patrol agents killed in the line of duty. Long after the headlines have faded and the last of Brian Terrys killers have been brought to justice the Brian Terry Foundation will continue as an enduring charitable legacy.
