Brian terryfoundation Brian Terrys death created a national debate on a number of controversial issues to include government misconduct and the need for enhanced border security. More importantly it resulted in the creation of a charitable legacy often missed in the headlines. Since its formation the Brian Terry Foundation has helped send dozens of scholarship recipients to college it has given a voice to those concerned about the safety of the brave men and women who patrol our borders it has created a platform to honor those who have shown courage while serving our nation and it has provided emergency financial assistance to the families of Border Patrol agents killed in the line of duty. Long after the headlines have faded and the last of Brian Terrys killers have been brought to justice the Brian Terry Foundation will continue as an enduring charitable legacy.
