THE ASSOCIATION WILL PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT WHICH PROMOTES AND RECOGNIZES HIGH STANDARDS OF EHTICS, INTEGRITY, HONOR, COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM, IN ORDER TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CITIZEN CONFIDENCE IN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY. THIS ENVIRONMENT WILL ALSO STRENGTHEN THE MEMBERSHIP THROUGH FRATERNIZATION, FELLOWSHIP, PRESERVATION OF THE HERITAGE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND THE MEMORY OF THOSE OFFICERS WHO HAVE FALLEN OR PASSED AWAY. A PRIMARY COMMITMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE VISIONARY TRAINING AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES. THE RESULTS OF THIS MISSION, WILL BE REALIZED THROUGH THE IMPROVEMENT OF, AND SERVICE TO, OUR MEMBERS AND MORE EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT SERVICE TO ALL.

The Association will provide an environment which promotes and recognizes high standards of ethics integrity and confidence in the Law Enforcement Community. This environment will also strengthen the membership through fraternalization fellowship preservation of the heritage of Law Enforcement family relationships and the memory of those officers who have fallen or passed away. Creation of a united voice for Law Enforcement Professionals and the public to provide a forum for issues and concerns in common.
