For more than four decades, Sandra has lived with Rett syndrome, and her journey has been full of highs and lows. When Aubrielle - “Aubby” - was diagnosed with Rett syndrome in March 2023, her family was faced with heartbreaking questions about what the future would hold. Would she get to live the joyful, full life every child deserves? But even in the face of Rett, one thing has never changed: Aubby’s loving, courageous spirit 💜. “She wakes up with a smile every day,” her mom, Annalicia, shared. “And we know she’s well aware of how deeply she’s loved.” Now 3 years old, Aubby is working with a gait trainer during therapy, and her family is excited to begin the process of getting one for use at home, too.
