About Us NCTETs membership includes education associations nonprofit organizations corporations and individual participants. NCTET organizes policy briefings conducts institutes produces white papers and other research documents and maintains a listserve on timely issues in education technology. NCTET is widely known for hosting the Bytes Books Ball every four years a black tie affair where the nations technology and education leaders honor the swearingin of Americas President and Congress.
