American Chemical Society, Local KC Section L508, was chartered in Year 1900. Our vision is to improve lives via the transforming power of chemistry! The Kansas City Section of the American Chemical Society is a profession society that offers public seminars and learning opportunities for the public and its members. The section also admisisters grants, scholarships and funding for the underserved minorities in a program known as Project SEED.
