Partners in Hope

Partners in Hope empowers Central Texans to work together to eliminate social isolation by creating connections to life-giving community. We serve the Lake Travis/Spicewood and Cedar Park/Leander areas. Our mission is to empower communities in Central Texas to work together to eliminate social isolation and the hopelessness it causes. We walk with our families for at least one year, offering programs such as: personalized case management, connection to valuable resources, community workdays, meal deliveries, fellowship gatherings, and life coaching. We also create connections among neighbors, churches, volunteers, and other local nonprofits --giving our socially isolated neighbors the resources and community they need to move forward in life. We offer relational ministry training so our volunteers will feel confident to help. Our core values are: community, compassion, connection, commitment, and Christ-centered.
