As Foster Care Awareness Month comes to a close, please join us in thanking these steadfast supporters for their open hearts and giving spirit under our shared vision where every former foster youth has a community they can count on. 🛠️ Rexford Industrial kicked off the month by coming together for their annual volunteer day building urgently needed bedroom nightstands, dressers, dining room tables AND toddler beds for our recipient’s first-ever homes. Fastest builders in town! 👻 Snap Inc. convened over 100 content creators at their HQ to build coffee tables, create beautiful artwork perfect for upcoming Home Creations, and assemble hundreds of back-to-school supplies. Their creative powers are unmatched! 💙 Redondo Beach Kiwanians came in full force to help build countless flatpack furniture items. They are certainly no stranger to our warehouse these days. 🫶 Keenan Insurance lovingly sponsored and assembled bathroom kits complete with hand towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. 📚 Westchester Rotary donated countless coffee table books from their 75th Annual Book Sale perfect for helping decorate our recipients’ living rooms. 🎯 Local Target employees sponsored and assembled console tables to help give the gift of a movie night for the young adults and families we serve.
