MSI provides West Virginia I/DD Waiver Services for Cabell, Lincoln, Mingo, and Wayne counties. TO PROVIDE IN HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS FROM WAYNE, CABELL, LINCOLN AND MINGO COUNTIES WHOM ARE FACED WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
