Our GOTTA DIG IT programs teach compassion and mindfulness, and incorporates hands on experiential learning strategies To break social barriers for people with disabilities by teaching empathy and mindfulness within communities. We believe by opening the mind, we can open hearts and create authentic connections merging the disability community with mainstream society to the point that there is no barrier.
