Today on #PhilanthropyTuesday we are grateful for the Houghtaling family and the legacy of Jason Houghtaling. Family and friends created a fund at the Community Foundation in Jason’s memory to support cancer research and assist families impacted by life-threatening childhood diseases. Recently, gifts from the Jason Houghtaling Memorial Fund have helped support a new outpatient pediatric cancer clinic in West Michigan.

We had a great time at our 2025 Spring Donors Luncheon last week. Nearly 90 people joined us at The Stone Lodge. In addition to a delicious lunch and time to catch up, we heard from a pair of local organizations that help people experiencing a housing crisis.
