We had a blast hosting Western International High School students for a field trip to our Ford Rouge Plant. 👋 The itinerary for the field trip: Career chats with the Ford engineers behind our vehicles Supply chain 101 with the team who run our Ford F-150 assembly line Behind-the-scenes tour of the plant floor and operations We hope students walked away from their visit with a better understanding of all the exciting pathways in the field of engineering.

For more than 56 years, Focus: HOPE, a Ford Philanthropy partner, has been at the heart of our Detroit community, expanding access to healthy food, quality education, and career opportunities. Last week at the Ford Supplier Summit, we teamed up with Focus: HOPE and nearly 90 supplier partners to support their mission. Together, we packed 1500 senior care boxes filled with thoughtful items like crossword puzzles, magnifying glasses, personal care products, and more.
