To protect and preserve the Inner Harbor section of Baltimore and related vicinities from environmental threats and degradation to the chesapeake bay watershed the foundation will analyze and review development projects along the bay and the impact of these developments to the environment, fisheries, traffic congestion and any other factors that threaten the quality of life in and around the Inner Harbor
