One of the joys of working in a small community is seeing the people we've helped thriving. Over a year ago, we helped a young couple who came to the shelter find housing. Recently, one of our case managers was in town and ran into them unexpectedly and their update warmed our hearts! They're still living in the same home, now have a car, and are doing great and continuing to work toward their goals. We couldn't be happier for them and we can't wait to see what's next! (fb)
