S. The idea of guaranteed income GI is simple but powerful unconditional direct and continuous cash payments delivered to all residents to supplement existing welfare benefits. Compton CDC partnered with F4GI the Jain Family Foundation and a host of Community Advisors to transfer cash payments to 800 Compton families.
