#TongueOutTuesday featuring India Tiger India came to the sanctuary along with 15 other animals in 2016. She'd been living at a roadside zoo in Colorado, where over 100 animals were living on about 4 acres of land. When the owner fell ill, he decided to sell his land and donate the animals. Carolina Tiger Rescue worked with several other sanctuaries around the country to find homes for all the animals. This is the largest rescue to date for Carolina Tiger Rescue and the largest rescue of big cats in the United States. (fb)
