To address the special needs of abused, neglected and dependent children represented by Guardian ad Litem volunteers in the Fifith judicial district.To enrich the lives of children represented by Guardian ad Litem volunteers by providing grants and scholarships that will enable them to participate in educational and cultural activities beneficial to their development.To provide community awareness of the plight of abused and neglected children in New Hanover and Pender countires.To support essential ongoing education of Guardian ad Litem volunteers.
