Hope4KidZ,Inc. is a public benefit corporation, organized for charitable purposes. Ourmission includes: Increase the protection of foster children living in largegroup facilities Increase the accountability of CPS and contracted agents tothose affected by its policy and procedures Inform and assist all peopleinvolved in the care of children in foster care Work with legislators, ChildCare Licensing, state offices, media, and the local community, to create asafer life for children in state foster care  Raise awareness insociety of governmental agencies' failure to protect children in foster care Provide legal advocacy for children abused in institutional foster care (RTC). Develop and implement solutions that enhance the quality of life for affected children. Through public awareness, increase the identification of victims and ensure receipt of services and therapy. Reduce the incidents of abuse in residential statefoster care facilities by developing policy initiatives and informing stake holders of systemic problems in the child-protective system. Increase support services for children, abused in state foster care. Assess children's ability to return home.
