The mission of Public Radio East is to provide the residents of eastern North Carolina with radio programming that inspires, challenges thought, and provides opportunities for individual lifelong educational experiences. Our mission is accomplished through the broadcast of national and regionally relevant in-depth news programming and a diversity of enriching musical experiences, and by providing connections to the rich cultural life of eastern North Carolina.
