SOS of Ohio Welcome to SOS of Ohio. Shelter Outreach Services of Ohio is a lowcost nonprofit spay and neuter clinic serving lowincome families and animal rescue organizations in the greater Columbus area. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of shelter animals and companion animals of lowincome families by providing affordable veterinary care and to help reduce the homeless pet population through spayneuter programs.
