(A) - FUND IN PERPETUITY, SUPPORT FOR THE NEEDS OF ACTIVE SERVICE MEMBERS, VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES; EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ON THE SACRIFICES BORNE BY THOSE WHO PROTECT AMERICA'S FREEDOM; ERECT AND MAINTAIN A WOLRD CLASS MEMORIAL IN SILICON VALLEY THAT DELIVERS HONOR, RESPECT, GRATITUDE AND HEALING TO THOSE WHO SERVE.(B) - TO ENSURE THAT THE MEMORIAL TO VETERANS BY LOS GATOS IS A RESOURCE FOR THE HISTORICAL UNDERSTANDING AND RECOGNITION OF ALL VETERANS, PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE, LIVING OR DECEASED, WHO HAVE SERVED, AND SERVING OR WILL SERVE OUR NATION IN THE MILITARY AND/OR SPECIALIZED SERVICES, THEIR SACRIFICES AND SACRIFICES OF THEIR FAMILIES.(C) - TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY OF LOS GATOS AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES ON THE HISTORY OF OUR VETERANS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.(D) - THROUGH THE FOUNDATION, TO PROVIDE HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT TO VETERANS
