Lafayette Mentors is a private foundation established to be a consistent positive influence in the lives of local boys from 5th grade all the way into adulthood. Since 2012 Lafayette Mentors has been working with 5th 8th grade boys in our First Crew afterschool program. First Crew helps the boys establish a good work ethic and positive habits before they enter high school. Lafayette Mentors has now introduced Launch House a residential program for young men who could benefit from intense guidance and direction for navigating into adulthood.
