To provide a safe, nurturing environment where youth can strengthen their personalities and develop educational and social skills. CPY is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit after school and summer program serving youth in K-8th grades Our mission is to strengthen our community by caring for our youth. We do this by helping youth to enhance their academic and social skills; specifically, we provide a variety of services including tutoring and mentoring services to youth. Mission Statement: To provide a safe, nurturing environment where youth can strengthen their personalities and develop educational and social skills.We serve youth within the Mounds View School District during the school year and throughout the summer.
