The Arc is dedicated to empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our Mission is to ensure that individuals with disabilities have the best environment in which to learn, work and live. To accomplish this, we provide: Vocational Training, Employment and Community Job Placement, Recreational and Senior Activities, Residential Services, and Life Skills Training. Our Vision is an inclusive community where Individuals with disabilities can realize their full potential and contribute to the community in personally meaningful ways. Our Belief is that we have the responsibility to provide the tools, opportunities, and support needed for each Individual to make their own unique and valuable contributions to society.
