Our Mission The Washington County 4H Foundations mission is to develop steward and distribute financial resources for the use and benefit of 4H and to otherwise support the mission and growth of 4H members in Washington County Arkansas. The Foundation has set a goal this year to raise 23000 through taxdeductible donations as a 501c3 nonprofit organization and we need your help. These donations help fund youth scholarships leadership trainings camps and to send members to state and national events.
