BWIM's current Director of Development, Heather Deal, will be leaving BWIM this summer to begin a new career as social work faculty at Binghamton University in New York! We will have an opportunity to celebrate Heather's contributions to BWIM closer to her departure. In the meantime, we are opening a search for a new Director of Development. BWIM's Director of Development role is a remote position that will report to and work closely with our Executive Director, and will begin on July 28, 2025. The Director of Development will bring a passion for BWIM’s work paired with a high-level of expertise and strategic thinking to generate revenue that will support the achievement of the organization’s long-term goals.
