Beacon Rescue Mission
The Beacon Rescue Mission is a Non-profit Christian organization with the goal of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through communication and connections in ministry service. The Beacon Rescue Mission has been operating in Dunn since 1988 The Beacon Rescue Mission has a shelter in Dunn that offers two primary programs. 1. A work program where folks can work, save money, set goals and begin working towards getting back on their feet. 2. E-32 (white flag shelter) offers low barrier shelter for anyone who needs help during dangerous times. This includes freezing weather, extreme heat, hurricanes and similar life threatening weather. The Beacon shelter provides shelter for men, women, children and families at no cost. Food, clothing and personal supplies are provided free of charge.
