CFEF SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FUNDING FOR ALL TYPES OF CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE PROGRAMS SUPPORTED BY GENERAL EDUCATION DOLLARS.
