OUR MISSION IS CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. INDEPENDENCE CENTER WORKS WITH ADULTS WITH COGNITIVE AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. THE PURPOSE OF THE AGENCY IS TO PROVIDE SUPERVISION, SUPPORT, RECREATION, AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS PERSON-CENTERED. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES ARE IDENTIFIED THAT CONSIDER WHAT IS IMPRTANT TO THE PERSON AND WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE PERSON TO LIVE A MEANINGFUL LIFE.
