The specific purposes of this Corporation are to foster creative and professional development for artists, teachers and students in choreography, dance, music, theater and related visual and performing arts, and to provide resources to support visual and performing arts programs in local schools and communities. Additionally, this Corporation may engage in any activities that are reasonably related to or in furtherance of its stated charitable purposes, or in any other charitable activities.
