From the pitch to the press box at PayPal Park— take a look at another unforgettable BAWSI Career Day. Our BAWSI middle school girls were treated to the full VIP experience. We kicked things off with inspiring words from @erinlycanridley, Head Coach of the Earthquakes Academy, followed by a stadium tour, warm-up with @wearebayfc forward @r_hill3, and an empowering panel featuring women leaders from the @sjearthquakes.

BAWSI Middle School girls took a bold step toward their futures with a powerful visit to Santa Clara University, hosted by the Women’s Beach Volleyball Team. From exploring the campus and learning about college admissions to playing on the sand courts and hearing from inspiring student-athletes. The day was full of discovery, connection, and empowerment.
