We are so happy to share that 779 young adults have completed the #CHOOSE180 diversion workshop since 2017! Just last year, we hosted 72 one-on-one young adult diversion workshops. We are so honored to do this work! Since the fall of 2017, CHOOSE 180 has partnered with the Seattle City Attorney’s Office to offer a Pre-Filing Diversion opportunity for 18 to 24-year-olds. Pre-Filing Diversion offers young people the opportunity to participate in a diversion workshop with our organization instead of being processed through the traditional criminal legal system. Charges are not filed against those who successfully complete the workshop.
