Uplifting Ministries is an nonprofit organization providing charitable religious and educational services to the people in Guatemala. Our primary mission is to serve God by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of Guatemala's poorest children. Uplifting Ministries provides a range of programs for these children. Through our child sponsorship program we provide food, clothing, medical care, and schooling support for needy children in the Santa Rosa area of Guatemala. Our mission also includes supporting youth groups, conducting a feeding program for the homeless and alcoholics, and providing English classes for children and adults in the community to assist in future job opportunities. Our goal is to strengthen individuals physically and mentally, and to help them grow spiritually.
