Arlington Pediatric Center
Arlington Pediatrics Center, now called VHC Pediatrics, opened its doors in 2001 as a community benefit program of Virginia Hospital Center with the mission of providing quality, compassionate medical care to children birth through 18 years of age living in low-income families in Arlington who do not otherwise have access to health care. Since its founding, VHC Pediatrics has cared for 15,500 of Arlington's most vulnerable infants and children through more than 240,000 clinical visits. It is a comprehensive medical home, certified as a highest level Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance. The pandemic has been especially difficult for our population, and providing consistent medical care to these vulnerable infants and children couldn't be more vital.
