APL of SC's mission is to provide a safe home for homeless,abused or abandoned pets in the Columbia, SC area. These pets are given a chance of living a normal happy life through our various adoption programs. If the pet is not adoptable, since we are a no kill shelter,the pet will remain with us until the end of it's natural life.
