We are helping to meet the needs of our community through weekly food pantry, monthly mobile food pantry, clothing vouchers, school supply assistance, Thanksgiving meals and Christmas present assistance. We are constantly expanding our programs. Heart-N-Hand's mission is to Restore Hope and Rebuild Lives by providing services that help people build the life they were made for. We help those facing homelessness, poverty, or unexpected hardships by giving out necessary resources to help them overcome their situations.
