Our Mission Our mission is to provide adoptive handlers or families with financial assistance where needed to provide for the best medical care for the retired MWD to maintain their quality of life as long as possible to assist in any logistical support that the military is unable to provide for any MWD that is unable to be returned to a handler or handlers family that is adopting from an OCONUS destination also applicable to contract working dogs often turned over to locals at the service site and to assist the military working dog center at Lackland with any needs we can offer not provided by the military.
